Welcome to Outfluence.
Human connection begins at birth with a baby’s first cry. After those first exciting moments of life baby and mother begin the beautiful process of connecting in love. It is that early connection and the communication that follows that sets in motion the personal development of the child.
That bonding process and the years of personal development are in jeopardy today. In a rapidly changing world brought about by the pandemic that we are experiencing as well as serious social upheaval, among our greatest challenges going forward is going to be re-learning how to connect with each other.
The mission of Outfluence is to make that connection.
Today we are witnessing the disintegration of humanity in communication. The explosion in digital communication has coarsened face-to-face communication and emboldened disrespectful behind-the-screen communication. Our dependence upon electronic devices and media influences are removing the human connection from our relationships and interactions.
Outfluence is reclaiming what it means to be connected to others in meaningful ways, and to contribute meaningfully to our world and our future. We do this by teaching thoughtful intentionality, relational awareness, effective communication, and personal development through interactive, dynamic training for youth and adults, families and organizations.

Coaching
What I bring to my customers is my life filled with many successes, a few failures, multiple business ventures, a marriage going strong at 52 years, fatherhood and grand-fatherhood. Simply stated, I’ve been around the block a few times and I believe that I can save people from stumbling in ways that will damage their future permanently.
