Recognized throughout the Baltimore-Washington region for its training programs, Outfluence, LLC, is bringing You Are Here…Now What? to the 2020 National Association of Independent Schools annual conference in Philadelphia February 26-28. This is the first time Outfluence will attend conference, and it represents the national launch of their student development program.

You Are Here . . . Now What? guides youth on the path from engagement to persistence and completion with confidence. Attendees to the conference will learn how Outfluence can help administrators help their entire school community become more effective communicators, more successful individuals, and more engaged citizens of the world.

Outfluence engaged hundreds of students in the YAHNW program in various public-school systems throughout Maryland, as well as Springdale Preparatory School in New Windsor, Maryland, from 2013 through 2019.

Following the release of his book Outfluence, The Better Way to Influence and the founding of Outfluence, LLC, a training organization, Al Betz and his wife and business partner Kay Betz, MBA, embarked on a 23-state speaking tour.
